Minuteman - 3 eggs omelet with cheddar cheese and your choice of ham, bacon or sausage. Served with your choice of Adluh grits or home fries. - 10

Eggs Benedict- Open Face English muffin with smoked ham, 2 poached eggs, cooked to your preference topped with hollandaise sauce, served with fresh fruit. - 10

Crab Cake Benedict- Two poached eggs served on grilled ham slices over skillet seared lump crab cake covered with a bacon and green onion hollandaise, served with grits or home fries and zesty tartar sauce. - 10

Crab Quiche- Delightful creamy egg mixture with crab meat, peppers, onions and Swiss cheese in a pie crust, served with fresh fruit. - 12

The Francis Marion- Tender aged 8 oz. strip steak, 2 eggs cooked to order, home fries or Adluh grits, homemade biscuit or toast. - 12

Plantation Toast- 2 slices of Texas toast dipped in our southern batter, then incrusted in cornflakes before it is in grilled to profection. Served with warm maple syrup and your choice of applewood smoked bacon, ham or sausage. - 6

Chicken Salad Croissant- Homemade chicken salad on a buttery croissant with lettuce and tomato, served with your choice of home fries, sweet potato fries or homemade chips. - 9

Colonial - Grilled Angus chuck burger sereved on a Kaiser Roll with cheddar, American or Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Served with your choice of home fries, homemade potato chips, sweet potato fries or homemade coleslaw. Garnished with a crisp pickle spear. 1/4 lb - 9 1/2 lb -10

Beer Battered Catfish - Two pieces of our hand selected, beer batter fried catfish battered using local brews and served with Swamp Fox's in house fried chips, coleslaw and hushpuppies - 10
